Bradley Cooper is GQ's cover man, discusses his Alias days

Bradley Cooper is on the cover of the new GQ, and in an interview he talks about leaving Alias. Cooper says he was upset over his diminishing screen time, and asked J.J. Abrams to write him off the show. He even says he was suicidal during his final days on the set, but it sounds like he meant that figuratively, as he doesn't elaborate. In the months that followed, Cooper says he began drinking and using drugs, but straightened his life out, and we all know the rest.

I wonder how many of the Alias female fanbase is now willing to admit that they hated him on the show back then. The outcry from female fans against the Will Tippin character (for creating a love triangle with Sydney and Vaughn) was so huge, it played a big part in his character being marginalized in the second season.

To read the whole article (careful, there's strong language, as Bradley's very colorful) click here to visit the GQ site.

Jennifer Garner goes shopping with an Alias bag!

Usually we don't post paparazzi pics. but we couldn't resist this time. Jennifer Garner and her family went out shopping recently, and she was photographed using a tote bag from her Alias days. We thought it was kinda cool, especially when we were able to get the exact same bag years ago. They were made for promotional purposes, and Jennifer obviously got one for herself as well. Nice to know she's grounded enough not to go out and spend $1000 on a trendy bag like other actresses; she's practical enough to raid her closet and find something to use.

Showrunner Friedman leaves J.J. Abrams' show "Believe"

Here's the scoop on the changes going on at J.J.'s new show "Believe:"

LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - Changes are still going down over at the much-buzzed about J.J. Abrams/Alfonso Cuaron show "Believe." Series co-creator and showrunner Mark Friedman ("The Forgotten") has decided to leave the series over creative differences, TheWrap has learned. We hear his last day on the production was Friday.

An individual close to the production says that though it was Friedman's decision to leave, the split was amicable. Warner Bros. Television, which is also producing the series, and NBC declined to comment. "Believe," which Friedman co-created with director Cuaron ("Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban," "Children of Men") and is being produced by Abrams' Bad Robot Productions ("Revolution," "Person of Interest") has been undergoing rewrites as the writers room has been taking a new direction for the series.

"Believe" follows Bo Johnny Sequoyah, a young girl with mysterious powers who's destined to change the world, and her protector Tate (Jake McLaughlin), who are both being hunted down by assassins. As part of the recent changes in direction for the supernatural drama, actress Sienna Guillory, who played a hit-woman on the pilot, was written out as the series in order to focus on multiple international assasins after Bo and Tate. The search is currently on to replace Friedman, who co-wrote the pilot with Cuaron. Bryan Burk executive produces the series alongside Abrams. NBC ordered "Believe" to series in March and slated it for a midseason debut.
